Deposit & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 Days before the event date.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 Days of the event may incur additional fees.Event Timing & Access
Client agrees to provide venue access at least 24 Hours before the scheduled start time for setup. Overtime requests are subject to availability and additional charges.Damage & Liability
Client is responsible for any damage to the Photobooth or equipment caused by guests. We are not liable for injuries or accidents during use.Use of Photos
We may use event photos for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.Technical Issues
We will do everything possible to ensure smooth operation, but we are not responsible for service interruptions due to factors beyond our control (e.g., power outages, venue restrictions).Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).
