Terms and Conditions

  • Deposit & Payment
    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 Days before the event date.

  • Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 Days of the event may incur additional fees.

  • Event Timing & Access
    Client agrees to provide venue access at least 24 Hours before the scheduled start time for setup. Overtime requests are subject to availability and additional charges.

  • Damage & Liability
    Client is responsible for any damage to the Photobooth or equipment caused by guests. We are not liable for injuries or accidents during use.

  • Use of Photos
    We may use event photos for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.

  • Technical Issues
    We will do everything possible to ensure smooth operation, but we are not responsible for service interruptions due to factors beyond our control (e.g., power outages, venue restrictions).

  • Force Majeure
    We are not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).
